The time it takes me to complete your request varies. For complex ideas, it could take weeks or even months. But for simpler ones, I usually need just a day or up to a week. I promise to keep you posted about any changes, and you can always ask me for an update.As the creator, I still maintain all and absolute rights to my works. That means I can share it on social media or other publications. Please ensure to credit me (@freil / @freilhub; the creator) or provide a link to any of my social media whenever you display any of my art.Additionally, my artwork cannot be used to create NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens), regardless of whether it’s commissioned, already existing, or future work. Work-in-Progress Updates & Record Keeping

Throughout the creation process, I provide regular updates to the person who commissioned me, but they can also request progress updates at any time. Additionally, I maintain detailed records of all financial transactions. Once the commission is complete and payment is received, I will likely share a “behind-the-scenes”, from the initial rough sketch to the finished artwork, often with a speedpaint video if you're interested in that then follow my social media for this exclusive content.

Age Restriction Policy

I have a strict age restriction policy, requiring all clients to be at least 14 years or older to commission my work. For clients under the age of 16, it is mandatory to get guardian consent before proceeding with my commissions. This consent is necessary to confirm that both ethical and legal standards are met.It guarantees that the guardian is aware of and agrees to the terms of my commissions, providing security and clarity for all parties involved. Guardians help minors understand the financial implications of their decisions, ensuring they make informed choices and are not overspending or entering into agreements they don’t fully understand. This oversight also ensures that the minor’s interests are protected, preventing exploitation or unfair treatment.Note: the information provided is a generalization, it does not necessarily only have to do with commissions, in fact it goes beyond that. I want to spread awareness since this topic has been barely touched by anyone.For clients aged 16 or 17, while guardian consent is not mandatory, I still encourage open communication with guardians for larger transactions to ensure financial responsibility. This policy not only protects the interests of minors but also ensures compliance with legal requirements, maintaining a trustworthy and transparent service.If you are 18 or above this whole information load is not important to you since in numerous countries you are declared to be of age and it is expected from you to have a better comprehension of financial transactions than if you were underage.

Privacy Policy

I take your privacy very seriously, especially during and after the commission. Any documents or licenses you provide for age verification will solely be used to confirm your age. I won’t use the photo you send for any other purpose. The only detail I’ll retain is your confirmed birthday, which will be included in my detailed records of all financial transactions.
